1. Introduction

Welcome to Yajeed ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Services

Yajeed provides services that include (but are not limited to):

• Helping entrepreneurs start new businesses in Dubai and the UAE.
• Enabling users to buy and sell existing businesses.
• Connecting startups with potential investors.
• Helping investors discover new projects and business opportunities.
• Offering advisory, consultancy, and premium listing services.

We act only as a facilitation platform. We do not guarantee business success, investor funding, or transaction outcomes.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Yajeed, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information about yourself, your business, or investment intentions.
• Ensure that all content (business listings, project details, financial data, documents, etc.) you upload is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
• Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful activities.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any business decision, investment, or transaction you enter into through the Platform.

5. Fees & Payments

• Certain services (e.g., premium listings, promotions, consultancy sessions) may be subject to fees.
• Fees must be paid in advance and are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams), unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes and government charges (if applicable) will be added to the service price.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, scams, or unlawful activities.
• Copy, distribute, or resell any part of our Platform without permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to hack our systems.
• Interfere with another user's experience or misuse our services.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, trademarks, and technology on the Yajeed Platform are owned by Yajeed or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Yajeed is not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or investment broker.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information posted by users.
• Any business or investment decision you make through the Platform is at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yajeed is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your dealings with such third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Termination of Account

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
