Yajeed Membership Policy

1. Introduction
This Membership Policy ("Policy") explains the terms, benefits, and conditions related to membership and subscription services ("Membership") offered by Yajeed ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to a Membership plan, you agree to comply with this Policy, in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Types of Memberships
Yajeed may offer different Membership tiers, such as:
1. Free Membership
- Basic access to browse listings, create a limited profile, and connect with some opportunities.
- Limited visibility for business listings.
2. Premium Membership (Paid)
- Enhanced visibility for business listings.
- Priority placement in search results.
- Access to investor connections and verified business opportunities.
- Access to premium features such as analytics, insights, and business support.
3. Enterprise / Corporate Membership (Paid, Custom Plan)
- Tailored solutions for companies, business groups, and investor networks.
- Dedicated account manager and advisory support.
- Customized promotions and marketing campaigns.
The specific benefits of each plan will be published on our Platform and may change from time to time.
3. Eligibility
- Membership is available only to users aged 18 years and above.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
- Yajeed reserves the right to verify identity, business documents, or investor credentials before approving membership.
4. Fees & Payments
- Membership fees (if applicable) must be paid in advance.
- Payments are non-transferable.
- All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
- Any applicable VAT, taxes, or government charges will be added to the fee.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.
5. Duration & Renewal
- Membership plans may be monthly, quarterly, or annual.
- Membership will automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled by you.
- You may cancel renewal by adjusting your account settings or contacting support at least 7 days before renewal.
- No partial refunds will be provided for early cancellations (see our Return & Refund Policy).
6. Member Responsibilities
By becoming a Member, you agree to:
- Use the Platform lawfully and ethically.
- Provide accurate information in listings and profiles.
- Not misuse Membership benefits (e.g., spamming investors, posting fraudulent listings).
- Respect confidentiality when engaging with business opportunities.
7. Termination of Membership
- You may cancel your Membership at any time (subject to the no-refund policy).
- Yajeed may suspend or terminate your Membership if:
- You breach our Terms & Conditions.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- You misuse the Platform or harm other users.
- If terminated for breach, no refunds will be issued.
8. Changes to Membership Plans
- Yajeed reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue Membership plans.
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notifications.
- If benefits are reduced, existing Members may receive compensation or the option to downgrade/cancel.
9. Disclaimer
- Membership does not guarantee success in finding buyers, sellers, or investors.
- Yajeed is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information or the outcome of any business transaction.
- All business and investment decisions are made at the Member's own risk.
