At Yajeed ("we", "us", "our"), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which payments made for our services (such as business listings, premium promotions, subscriptions, consultancy services, or investor matching fees) may be eligible for a refund. By using our Platform and Services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all payments made through:
- Yajeed's website and mobile applications
- Subscription or membership plans
- Paid business listing packages or premium upgrades
- Advisory or consultancy services booked via our Platform
3. General Principles
- Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
- We do not provide cash refunds; all refunds (if approved) will be issued through the original payment method or credited to your Yajeed account balance.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
Refunds WILL be issued for:
- Technical Issues — If due to a verified technical error on our side, you are unable to access or use the service purchased.
- Duplicate Payment — If you were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Service Unavailability — If we are unable to deliver the purchased service (e.g., a premium listing not published within the promised timeframe).
- Consultancy/Advisory Services — If the session was canceled by Yajeed or our partner consultant, and you did not receive a rescheduled appointment.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal decision not to use the service after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., not finding an investor, not receiving buyer interest).
- Incorrect information provided by you during registration, listing, or consultancy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, invoice, or screenshot).
- State the reason for the refund request clearly.

6. Partial Refunds

- A subscription was canceled midway (pro-rated credit may apply at Yajeed's discretion).
7. Cancellations
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription or premium service anytime. However, payments already made are non-refundable unless covered under Section 4.
- Yajeed-Initiated Cancellation: If we terminate or cancel your service for reasons other than a violation of our Terms, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
8. Exceptions
Certain fees are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Promotional campaign fees (ads, featured listings, boosted visibility).
- One-time setup charges.
- Government or third-party registration fees (if facilitated through Yajeed).
